This will be our first show featuring acts playing “In The Round”, alternating songs, sharing stories and if we’re lucky, a little spontaneous collaboration. The round will feature The Little Stevies and The Davidson Brothers.

The Little Stevies are festival favourites in Australia, and have recently release their new album ‘Diamonds For Your Tea’ to critical acclaim. We love them because they write poignant indie-folk songs and bring a wry sense of humour to both their lyrics and their always hilarious banter. The Davidson Brothers have shared the stage with everyone from Jimmy Barnes to Kasey Chambers and are the leading lights of Australian bluegrass music, winning every award there is to win in that world. These guys know how to pick.

Melody Pool will play the second set of the evening and we cannot wait. The Australian called her debut album ‘The Hurting Scene’ “one of the most accomplished debuts by an Australian singer-songwriter for many years” and Stack Magazine said “A star is born”.

We agree. Melody performs like no one else we’ve seen in Australia. She stands almost dead still, looks you in the eye, and lets her voice and words wash over you. It’s mesmerising.
