All Our Exes Live in Texas is a fantasy draft of Sydney musical talent – Elana Stone, Katie Wighton, Hannah Crofts & Georgia Mooney – all beautiful performers in their own right, here combining in four-part folk heaven.
On mandolin, ukulele, accordion and guitar, All Our Exes deliver tunes that are clearly crafted with taste, care and skill in the context of a spontaneous, playful and utterly charming live show. With four songwriters and four unique voices, All Our Exes make music that is refreshingly different, drawing influence from traditional four-part harmony and creating a brand new type of modern folk. Fair warning: You’ll need your charisma sunnies or you’ll walk out of the building a little bit in love.

The band have a huge 2015 lined up, releasing the second single from their forthcoming debut album and performing at major folk festivals around the country including Port Fairy, National, Blue Mountains, Fairbridge and 10 Days On The Island.
“stirring folk loveliness” Triple J
“…one of the most genuinely entertaining sets you’re likely to see” The Brag
“…let the gorgeousness wash over you” The Music

Kim Richey is one of the most respected singer/songwriters in the Americana world, with two Grammy Nominations to her name. The Ohio native has been releasing albums since 1995 through prestigious labels Lost Highway, Mercury, Vanguard Records and now Yep Roc Records, and has also written for some of the biggest names in music including the Dixie Chicks, Trisha Yearwood, Brooks & Dunn and Jim Lauderdale.
Richey is that rare breed of songwriter who does everything with 100% integrity, writing songs that are honest and authentic, letting you in to find your own meaning in her words.
“Richey entices you with sad and unembellished music that reveals an original spirit – and then she ensnares you for keeps by making you consider all the noiseless sensations that no songs can ever contain.” Billboard Magazine
